Shipping

• Free shipping within New Zealand.
• We use Advance Freight for all our deliveries.
• We require a signature upon delivery so please have someone at the delivery address to sign for goods received.
• Shipping costs for overseas customers, Australia NZ$20.00,
  International - Europe, USA, NZ$35.00
• The estimated time for delivery in New Zealand is 3 - 6 days.
• Estimated time of delivery for overseas customers is 10 - 14 days.

Payment

• We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
• All transactions are processed in New Zealand dollars.
• For our New Zealand customers, all prices on our website are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
• For customers outside of New Zealand, please note that the price advertised might not be the same price charged to your credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations. This means that because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed.
• We do not keep records of your credit card details. As soon as your credit transaction has been approved the information will be deleted from our system for your protection and privacy.

Returns

• Footwear purchased online may be returned for an exchange of size or refund within 7 days of receiving delivery providing the shoes have not been worn or damaged in any way. The shoe box and packing must be in the original condition and accompanied by the receipt.
• When we receive shoes back we will inform you by email when the shoes have arrived at our office.
• On rare occasions a refund may be declined. This should only occur when the product is damaged and has not arrived in its original condition.
